Founded in 2002, Allvision LLC was established with a clear purpose: to help public and private property owners unlock the full potential of their outdoor advertising assets. From day one, our singular focus has been on consulting, managing, and monetizing billboard and large-format digital signage assets on behalf of our clients.

With over two decades of industry leadership, Allvision has played a pivotal role in shaping the premium digital out-of-home (DOOH) landscape across North America. Our team has been instrumental in developing some of the most high-value large-format digital inventory in both Canada and the United States.

  • Greg Smith has over 30 years of experience working in the media industry, mainly focused on new and cutting edge products in the out-of-home industry.

    Greg has built Allvision into the leading independent developer of high-value digital locations in the U.S. and Canada, having developed and managed more than $2 billion in assets on behalf of Allvision’s partners and stakeholders across North America.

  • Toby has more than 25 years of experience in the OOH media industry, with a proven track record of effectively balancing sales development and business management across various media platforms in North America.

    Previously, he served as President of Branded Cities Canada, where he led the company’s vision and strategy across a diverse media portfolio that included malls, airports, transit and Toronto’s iconic Yonge-Dundas Square. His tenure at Branded Cities was marked by significant achievements where he consistently delivered YOY sales growth, increased market share and expanded into new markets.

    At Clear Channel Outdoor, Toby held several senior roles, including EVP, where he led major US and Canadian operations, managed a $325M P&L, and drove long-term growth through strategic marketing and business development. As President, he lead a team of 180 employees, and managed a portfolio of 205 airports across US, Canada, the Caribbean and New Zealand.

  • With over 15 years of experience as a real estate development executive and attorney, Mr. Donovan has experience in all aspects of the outdoor advertising business.

    Prior to joining Allvision, he was the East Coast Regional VP for Real Estate and Legal Affairs for Adams/Fairway Outdoor and prior to that was the VP of Real Estate and Government Affairs for Clear Channel Outdoor in New York. Overseeing the real estate assets of Clear Channel Outdoor in New York, a $125MM business unit, Mr. Donovan initiated the first development of digital assets in New Jersey and assisted the NJ DOT with the writing of the outdoor advertising sign regulations as it pertains to digital sign assets. Having permitted and built digital over 80 roadside assets throughout the New York DMA, he also managed the real estate for Clear Channel Spectacolor which was the company’s Times Square business unit consisting of large format and specialty advertising assets.

    Prior to joining Allvision, Mr. Zamarbide was responsible for the operations of Cemusa in the USA including the street furniture program in the City of New York and several other markets in the North East.
